If you’re like me, you’ve wondered about making jewelry out of vintage kimonos. And do I have the answer for you!
Hanami Clothing has been making some gorgeous kimono fabric earrings in the heart of Kyoto, Japan. One of their first designs uses leftovers from a blue kimono with neon orange polkadots.
There are handmade and have neon silk threading to match the dots.
Pictures can’t do these earrings justice, so you’ll need to see them to believe them.
Right now, Hanami Clothing only has these in pierced earring style, but they’ll be offering other styles as well soon.
